Dizzying at a height of 7000ft, 15kms from shimla. A superb setting amongst the wooded hills, offering panoramic views of the himalayan snow peaks. Twenty beautiful tents overlook a good-size playing field for games.
The toilets are western with wash facilities, kept immaculately clean. The dining area serves hygienic and delicious himachali cuisine.
It's a great base for mountain trekking. Walk off the site in any direction and it won't be long before a rock comes under foot. Fill up your lungs with fresh air. Know the birds and the bees. Run around the endless trees. Drink water from the gurgling stream. Reach for the sun, moon and the stars. Watch the mountain goats silently afar...make a real fire and get cosy.
